We manufacture foam planks in two standard sizes 20mm x 75mm x ‘length’, and 25mm x 130mm x ‘length’
Typically used for protecting heavy products in transit, planks offer extreme compression & impact resistance, separating heavy surfaces that could rub.
Standard sizes are ex-stock but special lengths can be made to order with minimum order quantities as indicated. Where volume is sufficient other sizes could be manufactured with custom tooling.
Standard plank is supplied in dimensions given in the table below:
