Expanded Polyethylene Foam (EPE Foam) is a closed cell foam made from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE #4). LDPE is expanded between 30-40 times its original volume to provide exceptional compression resistance, gap filling and insulation for a relatively small amount of PE by mass.
Nulon manufacture a wide range of EPE foam shapes and sections. Standard sections we hold in stock, others we manufacture to order.
Standard foam shapes & sections can be found in the tabs on the left, including foam pieces cut from sheet.
We also manufacture custom designed foam sections, shapes and colours where there is sufficient volume. Custom product design must fall within the parameters below for us to manufacture.
